ALBANY -- A state board considering PG&E Generating Co.'s power-plant project in Athens has changed its meeting time.
The Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment has pushed its Tuesday meeting to 2 p.m. It originally had been scheduled for 10 a.m.
