Housing finance fell 0.3 per cent in November.

The Australian Bureau of Statistics says the number of owner-occupied dwellings financedin the month fell to a seasonally adjusted 52,208, following a fall of 2.5 per cent inOctober.

But the number of dwellings financed was still 17 per cent up on the same time in November 2000.
